The Final Conference of Minerals4EU, Minerals Intelligence Network for Europe, took place in Brussels on 25 August 2015, hosted by the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences (RBINS).
In this Conference the results from the 2-year intensive work of 31 partners from 25 European countries, including 25 National Geological Survey Organisations were presented. The main results of the FP7 funded project bear great significance to the European extractive industry and comprise
•   a sustainable Minerals Intelligence Network to maintain and update the Minerals4EU services
•   an interactive European Minerals Yearbook covering statistics from 40 European countries
•   Minerals4EU Knowledge Data Platform with a free, public web-service
•   a Foresight Study on mineral raw material supply and demand in the EU
